What is VeloGuardian?

VeloGuardian is a network security platform with three products: a WireGuard VPN for encrypted connections, a DNS filtering appliance for blocking threats at the network level, and a NetGuard gateway for secure remote access to your LAN.

How much does VeloGuardian cost?

VPN plans start at $3/month. The DNS filtering appliance is completely free — no account required. NetGuard is included with CITADEL-tier VPN subscriptions. See our pricing page for details.

Do I need an account to use VeloGuardian DNS?

No. VeloGuardian DNS runs fully independently on your network with no account, no cloud dependency, and no data collection.

What platforms does VeloGuardian support?

The VPN app is available on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. DNS and NetGuard are deployed as virtual machine appliances on any hypervisor (ESXi, Proxmox, VirtualBox, Hyper-V).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings in the app. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Delete your VeloGuardian account

You can permanently delete your VeloGuardian VPN account at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the VeloGuardian VPN app on your device.
  2. Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Settings, then Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record (email, hashed password, subscription status) — erased immediately, and removed from rolling backups within 30 days.
  • All saved VPN tunnel configurations and active connections — removed immediately.
  • All authentication and refresh tokens, on every device — invalidated immediately.
  • Any active VeloGuardian subscription billed via card (Stripe) is cancelled automatically.
  • Every security audit-log entry that identifies you — your email and any other identifying fields are scrubbed at the moment of deletion. We do not retain identifying audit logs for deleted accounts.

What is retained (and where)

  • Subscription and accounting records required by the Estonian Accounting Act (subscription identifiers, billing dates, amounts) are held for the statutory 7-year period by our payment processors — Stripe, Apple, or Google — on our behalf. We do not keep a separate copy of these on our own servers after you delete your account, and we never store card numbers or payment-instrument data.
  • Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play continue to be governed by Apple's or Google's own data-retention policies — manage or refund those purchases through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Customer support correspondence (if any) is retained for up to 90 days after the case is closed, then permanently deleted.
