Every plan includes WireGuard VPN encryption and native apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Sentry, Shield and Fortress cover up to 10 devices and keep no activity logs. Shield adds ad blocking, and Fortress adds malware and phishing blocking on top of Shield. Larger teams can talk to us about Citadel, our custom business plan with category-based web filtering, the NetGuard remote-access gateway and optional DNS query reports kept for 30 days.
Yes. New subscribers get 7 days free before the first charge. Choose a plan above to start it here on the web, where creator codes work too. In the apps, the App Store or Google Play shows the free week it offers. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing (in the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends).
Billing is per account (up to 10 devices), per month, or per year if you choose annual billing, up to 37% cheaper depending on tier. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe (Ireland, EU). On iOS and macOS, by the Apple App Store. On Android, by Google Play. You're charged at the start of each billing cycle for the channel you signed up through.
Yes. On the web, upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the change automatically. For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, plan changes follow the platform's own rules: upgrades typically take effect immediately with prorated credit, downgrades at the next renewal.
Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel under Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. On Google Play, cancel under Play Store › Account › Subscriptions.
Yes, 14 days on first-time subscriptions purchased directly from us through Stripe. Email billing@veloguardian.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google directly, under their own refund policies.
On the web, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Link, through Stripe. On iOS and macOS, any payment method on file with your Apple ID. On Android, any payment method on your Google account. We can arrange invoicing for enterprise deployments on the Citadel plan.
No. We use Stripe Checkout for web purchases and the Apple App Store or Google Play for mobile in-app purchases. Card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes, and bank details go directly to those providers and never reach VeloGuardian's systems, not even as metadata like the last 4 digits. All we hold is an opaque customer identifier from the payment processor.
